All products, which we manufacture, are warranted against workmanship or material defects for as long as the original owner owns and uses the product. The Thrasher Group will repair or replace with comparable product, free of charge, any product or part which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. The Thrasher Group is not responsible for damage due to misuse, negligence, improper installation or alterations made to products. Warranty claims are subject to inspection.

This warranty is the customer's sole remedy for product defects, and no other express or implied warranty is provided. The Thrasher Group shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
